We have many floorplans in stock. We will provide you with a "FREE" stock floorplan,
if, you send us an e-mail describing your ten-sided dream home.
Your description, of size and desired features, will allow us to choose a
floorplan to send to you that matches your description as closely as possible.
If you wish to order a custom floorplan
for your new ten-sided dream home,
the cost, including five revisions, is $75.
This cost ($75) will later be deducted
from the cost of a complete 20+ page construction plan set,
if, you decide to have us draw a complete set of custom home plans.
Revisions are normally handled by e-mail.
If you live outside the USA, all correspondence will be via email.
The final revision of your custom floorplan will be printed on 11"x17" paper
and mailed to you via USPS priority mail.
There will be a postage service charge of $4.95.
FYI: A complete 20+ page construction plan set will cost $1800,
or, one dollar per square foot for larger homes.
